The cats...

If it's a non-human, non-Pit Bull, family member, post it here!

The dog is still at the shelter, doing good, eaten a TON of food. We'll try to adopt him out of the Prosser shelter and if he doesn't go, or if I get a dog adoption or 3 this week I'll bring him here (whichever comes first!)
The cats ran out of food and an officer who impounded a dog over the weekend fed them DOG FOOD (which they are happy to get, they KNOW starvation) so now they are a bit runny again :(
BUT the fleas are all dead!! Capstar ROCKS!
And they've been bathed with betadine scrub, treated for ear mites and dewormed, and are now trying to relax...

Mama cat and the seal point baby (which I think is a boy)

I think this one is a girl (did I mention I'm not really a CAT PERSON!? lol)

She seems like a lynx point...
Trying to get clean here...cleanER?

The seal point baby and Mom kitty. I'm worried about this baby. He's a good pound lighter than his sister, he is literally skin and bones.

Well, I am not a cat person either, but those are really cute. (I hope my comment is not read by TOO many people, as I will deny it.) :wink3:

Are their ears so red because of the flea bites? Poor things.

Because I've been cleaning them with q tips and everything else I can find. Then I stuck in the ivermectin/olive oil solution for the mites. The mites will make them red and make them bleed too. Pretty bad isn't it? Poor babies!

I am sure they feel better all cleaned up. Their coloring is so fancy!

I think they do - even the seal point one is active and moving around which is better than at the shelter, the 1st day- and I've got two jars of Gerber baby chicken with their names on 'em :)
