How about using the old "copy and paste" method and adding it in here as a "reply" post?

Thanks a bunch!! I'm definately putting this on my calendar. I've been looking for something like this. We haven't done much with King other than some obedience and I'm hoping I'll be able to learn a few things here about weight pulling. Never mind picking up a Best Brindle award. :D

Koda, are you planning on showing him? I think you can enter the fun show but you cant show him for points or anyting because he is too young still. But I cant wait to meet him and everyone else going!!!

When I was doing research on showing, I dont think you can show for points until they are 6 months old, that would be a good question for the confirmation section. The fun shows are the same as the pointed ones just without points. They still compare you to the standard and the other dogs there. You win ribbons. But nothing else. I did a couple shows with my neighbors dog and he placed second in the fun show. I got so many compliments on him, he won second due to being overweight and out of shape. So I know that if I were to take him to the pointed shows he would do wonderful! I think fun shows are a good place to start, less pressure, you can see if your dog likes it, practice stacking and being in an actual ring.
