No More Bad News for Frankie

Pits in the news and info on Breed Specific Legislation.

Postby msvette2u » November 17th, 2006, 10:24 pm

We were excited that someone was coming down Wednesday to get him and then...(he's in BC)

I'm sorry.. I was doing some more homework and realised that according to the city bylaws where I live I couldn't have this breed or any 'variation of this breed' in a public place without a muzzle. I'm really saddened by this but I dont think his quality of life would be such that it would be a good place for him to live, seeing as how every time we went out to do business he would have to be muzzled... ;( Learning experience .. unfortunately ...

Sorry! :(

It was great that they looked up the information. I am sure they are heartbroken, too.

I've been afraid to jinx it but the people who adopted Felicity, Frankie's sister, and getting him today! We're leaving in a bit to deliver him to a halfway point, which I said I'd do for him since he's been with us so long! I'm so happy for Frankie, and Felicity is doing excellent with them. They are a good, bully exp. family so I'm happy with the adoption!
Here she is with one of her older "siblings" :)

And here she is with one of her people!

hahah thanks :) If I could figure out how to get pics off this phone I'd post a pic of him just before he puked all over the car (we forgot and fed him breakfast) and also a pic of him in his new crate in the new family's car!
