look how tiny

If it's a non-human, non-Pit Bull, family member, post it here!

How cute is this little thing? I thought it was a beetle on the outside of an ant bed, while my boss and I were outside. Nope, it was a tiny little turtle. I picked him up, and we took the ants off. I'm keeping him inside long enough till my daughter can see him, then of course I'm going to let it go. I think it's a snapping turtle, but I've NEVER seen a turtle this tiny, and it won't come out so I can take it's picture. The minute I pick it up, it tucks up. :) So this little picture is all I could get.

He was so very tiny, here is the only other picture we took. He's now been released to the ditch outside. ;)
