Does this forum/site go "down" during the day for any period of time? Yesterday and today it went 'away' and when I re-tried the url, I got the "could not find site" message. Maybe it just gets busy-overloaded midday? It is back now for me (obviously)...
Also I still can't get my avatar up - can users do that themselves if the sizing is within parameters or does admin have to do it?

you can put up your own avatar - it has to be 100x100 or smaller and under 8kb.
