A manager of one of our stores (I work for a restraurant chain) passed away a few days ago from pnuemonia. He was a strange one, had two crazy ex-wives, was a pretty boring, sort of a pain in the butt but not a bad guy. This was on the news last night. It's HIM!!!!

Police cleared the area around the hotel.
ARLINGTON — Arlington police detonated two pipe bombs Friday night that were found in the motel room of a guest who died earlier in the week.
Police said they were summoned to the In Town Suites in the 1700 block of Oak Village Blvd. Friday night after a motel manager went to clear out the unidentified man's room and discovered the two suspicious devices.
"Yes, they were definite pipe bombs," said Arlington police spokesman Capt. Tommy Gray. "They were wired together, and they were intact, but it was unknown who made them, what the motive was for having them."
The first arriving officers evacuated the hotel and called for assistance from the Fort Worth Police Department's bomb squad.
"When the bomb squad arrived, they used their equipment and gear and retreived the two pipe bombs," Capt. Gray said. "They detonated both of those safely in the parking lot and rendered them both safe."
No information was available about the deceased guest, who died in a hospital several days ago. "The name of the individual hasn't been released, and we don't know what his cause of death was, but we also don't know a motive, either," Capt. Gray said. "The case is still under investigation."
The In Town Suites is located just south of Interstate 20 near The Parks at Arlington Mall.
