Elmo got a UDX leg!

Weight pull, Protection, Agility, Flyball... you name it!

I'm so proud of him! (a UDX leg requires a qualifying score in Utility B and Open B obedience at the same trial) Fortunately for us, we had judges with a sense of humor this weekend, since Elmo was doing a wonderful job of losing as many points as possible without actually NQ'ing any of the exercises. His final score in Utility was a 171, in Open it was a 172. lol

I'm wondering if this is a record? Lowest ever combined qualifying scores?

I felt a little out of place when we went back in the ring for our ribbons, since all the qualifying dogs in both classes were Border Collies, except for Elmo and a really awesome mini Poodle. It's a great trial to qualify at, though, since so many of Elmo's fans were there to see it.

I very much doubt he'll ever finish a UDX, since he'd need 9 more legs for it, and his 10th birthday will be Friday. Not many dogs get a UDX leg though, so I'm happy with the one!
