Doggie Middle Names

This is where to talk about Pit Bulls!

Postby SpiritFngrz » January 25th, 2006, 3:36 pm

Does your doggie have a middle name, or an extended first name?
What about nicknames? We all know we do that!

As I said in one other post, Satin's middle name is Elizabeth. I'm not sure why, it just stuck
So she's Satin Elizabeth "Jaws" (she loves to mouth things)
sometimes she's Satin Lizzy
sometimes when her ears are back she's Baby Bear

I call Justice "Justice Marie Asia" but you have to say Asia very fast & very loud, like in the old king fu movies.

Munkee is "Munkee goddammit I am putting your ass to sleep if you do that one more time. I will hold the needle myself". :)
There's a fine line between genius and insanity. I have erased this line.

Poor Roxy doesn't even know what her name is anymore, I think. She's Roxy, Rox, The Rox, Suge, Ma, Prec (short for precious), Roxydog, MooMoo, Rosetta (my non-English speaking Grandmother came up with that one)

My boyfriend's pit is named Biggie. Sometimes he's Big, Mr. Big, Derbigny, Biggles, Shithead, Notorious, and Biggers.

No middle names but....

Dreyfus show name is "I AM THE BULLGOD". It's the title of a Kid Rock song. It has nothing to do with the lyrics. I just liked the play on words and thought the arrogance of it would piss off my competitors.

Diamond is fixed but I still wanted to give her a show name. Her's is "THIS AIN'T ROCK N ROLL". Another rock song inspired name. It's from David Bowies Diamond dogs album. "This ain't rock n roll, this is genocide". The play on words meant to refer to BSL and her name being Diamond.

Now that I have bored you all to death...please continue. :D

Hmm... no middle name, but lots of nick names!

Some of the most commonly used are: Bear Cubtarrian, Rebsy Rooge, Deezer, The Caes, Sneezer, Cubby Joe, etc. etc.

His wierdness lends itself to strange nicknames.

See, I told my husband I wasn't a wack-a-doo!

Petey Teufel Hunden Rauch: aka Putter Dog, Putty Dog, Peter Rabbit, Black Eyed Jackle

Birdie Effman Raurch: Birdsey, Bird Brain, the Menace

The dogs have my husband's real last name, so I always end up explaining WHY my dogs have a different last name.

Knuckles name is "Knuckle Butt" because he wiggles his butt so much. My son has a name for him too. I bought a new collar for Knuckles and it has flames on it. So my son calls him "Hotrod Knuckles". I thought that was pretty cool from a 4 1/2 y/o.
I am "The Rat Queen".

Have a great day!! :)

Madeleine's complete name is:

Madeleine (the name we chose for her)
Fanny (the name her first 'misowner' had for her)
Patches (the name our kind neighbors had chosen for her, when she
went AWOL from our property for a few hours, and they did not know
who she belonged to, and had decided to adopt her)

... was a stray, so we will never know if she had a name elsewhere...
her aka is 'Frau Mueller' - she is so teutonic at times ...

So, we have an all American dog with a French name ... and a German dog with a Spanish name ... call it the canine global village

LOL, my pit bull also has a French name, Fremiet is named after the 19th century French animal sculptor Emmanuel Fremiet.

She is occasionally called "Fremiet J. Dog" and I have no idea where that came from...

Plus who names a female dog after a male artist???

I may as well call her "Friendly" as she loves everyone!

Connor's "proper" name is Connor vom Haus Abfalleimer. It's a relatively unknown kennel.
