I dont feed Rory anything off of her normal diet since she has such a sensitive tummy but what do you all think of Nutro's new doggie desserts? I feed her this brand anyways, the kind for sensitive tummies.

LOL, those sound like people desserts! Ahhh marketing! It's the humans who buy them of course...

Nah, I'd rather give my dog a nice meaty raw bone for a "dessert". Much better for her and probably cheaper too.

Yeah, it doesnt look like anything too special. Especially if your pup has a sensitive stomach.

If you are interested, there are some higher quality kibbles that she would probably do great on!

my dogs love "sweet" things and every once in a blue moon i'll give them some fat-free frozen yogurt. cheaper than buying doggie desserts and pretty healthy for the dogs. plus if it's a hot day, it's nice to offer them a cool treat.

i used to work in a ben&jerry's when i was in college and reba acquired a pretty serious taste for ice cream!

You worked at B&J's?????

I give my dogs apples, they love them & it takes them a while to eat.

Ben & Jerry's is probably the one thing that kept me alive during college--I ate vanilla malted shakes with banana for breakfast, handfuls of peanuts for lunch, and waffle cones for dinner. We were allowed to take a certain number of pints home free each week, and we could eat as much ice cream as we could while working, as long as we accounted for it on a weight sheet.

My roommates worked at Pizza Hut, I worked at B&Js . . . we ate like kings. Well, college students. But still, unlike a lot of people I knew we weren't starving!

I have old snapshots of Reba when she was younger with her nose stuffed into a B&J pint container!
