okay so our neighbours have these three double registered appaloosa mares that were abandoned at their house (along with their yearlings and one 2 yr old stud colt with no jewels)... anyways..these mares are prego :) and one had her baby 6 days ago and i just have to share in the cuteness....i might buy one of the mares and maybe her baby if its nice looking :) the mare i want is extremely skinny and they think she might be having TWINS! i'm so excited to find out if she is or not....shes not due for possibly up to another month but the other mare should foal anytime now she's extremely waxy..and witchy with a capital B....lol anyways bringing on the cuteness!!!

BTW- dont mind my ugliness....lol

"all this stardom is wearing me out....i'm gonna fall....ZZzzZZZzZZZz"

this is the mare i'm thinking about buying, she's very pregnant and VERY skinny but i bought some rolled oats to sneak into her!! hahaha that buckskin horse behind her is her last years colt, my boyfriend likes him lots so we might buy him too!!!

and last but not least.... this is Slick the 2 yr old Stud colt thats missing something below.....they think his balls are there they just aint hanging....lol

My feelings exactly.

I'm glad they have a good home now!

Good luck with your decision on getting a horse or two!

Awwm theyMre beautiful... I hope that the mare you like, if she has twins, will be ok as well as the babies. I have rarely heard of stories where both twins survive. Can be dangerous for mom as well.

But maybe she looks so huge because the rest of her is so skinny...

UPDATE!!!!

the lady that abandoned the horses all of a sudden showed up the other day and took them all :( so no new mare for me.... i'm kinda sad since the witch didnt even call to ask how they were...she basically made my neighbours care for them their whole pregnancies. the one old mare foaled before she took her and had a gorgeous colt too. (i've got pictures just havent downloaded them yet!!!)
