Dog with 'two noses' and no home

Image

A dog that appears to have two noses because of a condition similar to a harelip in humans is looking for a new home. Duo, a three-year-old Staffordshire bull terrier, was handed in to a dog and cat shelter in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Staff at the centre are having problems finding a home for the well-trained dog because people who have seen him rejected him as a “freak”

Awww, he is too cute! I would take him in a second if I could. :(

That is so sad that people will not accept him. He looks very happy.

I have to admit, it creeps me out. Makes my stomach turn.

Hopefully there's someone out there who, unlike me, can get past his nose and adopt him for his personality.

Oh, poor boy! I think he's adorable!

I didn't even notice his nose when I first looked at the picture because I thought he was so cute . . . :|

I guess if it works o.k. and it doesn't bother him, no biggie---he's still a cutie!

I'm a sucker for the "special" ones too - especially amputees.

Someone on PBF has an APBT with a nose like that, I can't remember who, but I remember seeing the picture.

I hope this lil guy gets a great forever home. He looks like a happy dog
