Rottie/Lab pup NJ

Hi Everyone.
I was contacted by a good friend who needs help with a puppy as quickly as possible. Here is what I know.
Rottie-Lab mix (looks like a Rottie with a tail)
name - Harley
male 5 months old
not neutered yet
very calm
lives with three small children
This poor little guy is with a family that can not take care of him. My contact has met the dog & said he is a great puppy, plays nicely with the children. At this point it appears to be more neglect then abuse, although my contact fears that the longer it takes to find him a home the worse it will get. The "owners" want him OUT, so there is no issue pulling the dog, they are also aware that my contact is thrying to find him a home as well.

If you know anyone that can help this little man please foward this along. Harley is located in Northern NJ.
