Thank everyone  I am a pretty proud mom. Yes the horse is a yearling belgian filly "Cass". I bought her for my daughter as a christmas present. She was only 4 months old when we got her but she has grown fast. Here are some more pics[img]

Well I have always loved the pitbulls. I see alot of them in pretty crappy situations and they are still happy to see you reguardless of how crappy thier lives are. 11 years ago I moved into an apartment where I was allowed to have a dog. So the search began. My first dog was a golden and I had decided that was what I was going to adopt till the day I met Spanky. He was 4 weeks old and had just been brought into the shelter via a drug raid. He was locked in a closet all by himself, no momma or littermates. Im told the house belonged to a dog fighter and that spanky may have been from fighting lines but I dont know for sure. The owners never came to claim him, thank god. The staff temp tested him (which at 5 weeks old is stupid IMO) and according to them he failed on food and was very dominant towards another pup ( may have something to do with not being with his momma and littermates :| ) So he was going to be put to sleep... Thats where I stepped in I decided to adopt him and he has been my best bud ever since. By the was he is not food agg and he gets along fine with other animals. We have had hundreds of fosters in our home without any problems. As a matter of fact he is a great poppa to his foster babies. He has passed CGC but I never paid for the paperwork (friend of mine is an instructor) and he is our Pit Bull embassador for my shelter. Spanky has been on the news in the newspaper and continues to change peoples minds about Pit Bulls everyday

Thanks again everyone. I worked very hard at teaching spanky that trick when he was a pup. I havent done that trick in years, until I took that pic about a month ago. I couldnt believe he did it first try  . He's such a good boy. As for my daughter, god makes them that cute for a reason....... SO we dont KILL them
Just kidding
