Anyway, I gave Inara a 5 lb chicken tonight, whole except for head/feet and some innards. She was a little confused as she's never been given a piece of meat bigger than her head before. She licked it, then nibbled its wings off, then licked some more, and then just stuck her bottom jaw in the neck cavity and crunched down. I let her eat about 1.5 - 2 lbs tonight. She would've kept going, but I don't need her belly exploding. As it is, I think her tummy is a little upset 'cause she is laying in my lap, but very fidgety. And her tummy is huge!!! Not bloated/gassy huge, just way too much food huge. It's kinda funny.

I guess she had horrible diarrhea and was throwing up stuff that looked like diarrhea. I feel really bad for both Inara and Sean - it was totally my fault for letting her eat too much. She's fine now though, very playful. I was thinking about fasting her tonight, but I'll probably give her just a little something to eat since her tummy's empty. Ugh. Poor thing. I was feeling like quite the bad mommy!!!
