Thing(s) that made me happy today...

Everything that doesn't fit anywhere else!

Postby Hundilein » December 11th, 2012, 9:52 pm

A woman stopped me in the parking lot at work today to ask if I still train dogs. Her dad got a new dog recently and they were so pleased with my class when they brought their first dog that she was hoping to work with me again. (Unfortunately, I no longer teach classes, but it was nice to hear that I helped someone when I did.)

How awesome to hear! So often that one "thank you" can make up for so many not good clients! LOL

I believe that's the time to bring up private lessons.... :)

It's so nice to get random compliments from strangers!

Unfortunately, I'm not doing any training right now. But that may change in the next few months, which would make me quite happy.

Love the shoes!

I let Toby out for a second and grabbed my shoes. I went to check on him and he had just finished peeing and was watching a dog play fetch less than twenty feet from our fence. I called him inside excitedly with the promise of COOKIES and he just turned and ran inside. His hair wasn't even standing up on his back! YAY

Laughing at the text under some people's avatars... and thinking about the stories behind them.

That sounds amazing.

Got 18 meals prepared for Inara in less than 30 minutes.

Had an awesome dinner of two farm-fresh eggs fried and put on top of a pork chop. Yum. I gnawed on the bone like a champ afterwards.

the boarding dogs are slowly trickling out...and the money rushing in :) One more down...two more to go tonight.

We're left with 4 extras after that...and they go home tomorrow! Woot!
