Hello! My name is Nicole and I have a 2(almost 3) year old tri color amstaff. She is the love of my life and I can't imagine life without her. Her entire life is about playing and being around people. She loves any toy with a squeaker, squirrels, birds and deer. She just a few months ago discovered she has a "voice" which of course has now led us to training her not to bark. Any other questions feel free to ask!! :D

We got her at 8 weeks old. I had never had a pitt but when I saw her I fell in love. I am now pretty sure that I would never own another breed. I have been around many dogs in my life but feel that pits are the most loyal, loving breed. And how sad that this breed is the breed that has the worst rap :( I am actually looking to move out of my mom's house and unfort due to financial issues right now will have to get an apartment and can not buy. I am interested in hearing what other people have to say about how to go about this. Also, it is nice to know there is a place I can go to get breed specific advice!! :D

Welcome! In case you haven't heard, we LOVE pictures!

When looking for an apartment, make ABSOLUTELY SURE that you are allowed to have a pit bull/amstaff. Make sure you get it in writing too. The last thing you want is someone telling you to get rid of your dog or find a new place to live! Good luck with the apartment hunt!

What a sweetie

Do you have an avatar option in your user control panel? You should be able to upload one if it's sized correctly.
It's under the profile tab in the UCP.

Use this one if you like.

8) I just figured since Nicole chose the forum name of Sweet Bean, her dog could be called that. :neener:

Poor Nicole has to wait for her posts as a newbie to be approved, so she is probably dying to tell us if Sweet Bean is her dogs name.

Blame the spammers. :x
