Need good thoughts...

Food, Fitness and how to keep them healthy.

Postby pitsnok » June 10th, 2011, 3:20 pm

It could be nothing, but we all know how terrifying google makes things...

Harlow's gums have been paleish for te past couple of days.not totally white or grey, just paler than normal. Her energy level is the same, as are her appetite and potty functions. I could be imagining it but it seems like when she is up and running and playing really hard they become pinker.
But I just know pale gums can be really bad sometimes so I felt like I needed to post. :(

Anyway we have a vet appointment at 3:50 for her shots and everything and we'll definitely be visitng that issue as well... so hopefully we will know what is going on in a few hours. Ugh.

Hoping it was nothing serious!

Well he said everything seems fine so it's nothing to worry about. Her thyroid levels are perfect as are her red blood cells. So I'm thankful, but still gonna keep an eye on her!

Good for you for taking her in. Pale gums can be REALLY serious so it's good you had her looked at. I'm glad she's okay!
