Now I need to start a low fat diet. Anyone have tips or recipes to share?
This is going to be hard for me since I LOVE food. I especially love bad food.
So, I guess I need to really just start by consuming more vegetables, especially raw, and adding more whole grains. Sounds like oatmeal will be a good start for breakfast.
Are bananas bad? Normally right now I eat light yogurt or greek yogurt and a banana for breakfast.
I'm thinking my lunches will need to be more salad... I don't like balsamic vinegar. Any dressing ideas? I have a lite Asian sesame dressing I like. I suspect that's not too bad in limited quantity.
Snack ideas?
I'm all about easy grab-n-go...
