The rehab girl gave him a tennis ball in the tank. He popped it and it exploded into two halves so we gave him another toy that already had some damage, but it wouldn't float so he had to submerge his head to get it back every time he let it sink.

His favorite new game, which I couldn't get on video, is to thrash the toy side to side half-submerged for maximum splash.

What is he suppose to be doing in that tank for therapy? I thought they walk in the water for resistance without pressure on the knee.

And get him some swimmer ear plugs...he doesn't seem to like water in his ears. 8)

Yes, it's for walking, they were in the process of draining it because he was done

Since he's back in rehab, that means they've found he's healing now, right???

Here's a couple videos of tonight's session. Connor has discovered a new game to play in the tank.

I imagine with cool dogs like Connor that could be a really fun job... even if you have to get a little wet! Connor looks like he's having a good time with it.

I love him. :heartbeat:

Please tell Connor that Inara is being faithful to him while he heals. She was playing with another boy dog this weekend and he would NOT stop trying to hump her. She wouldn't let him do so, and finally nailed him below the eye. She also did not try to hump him in return. She loves her Connor. :)

Thanks everyone. I'm thinking that we're ending hydrotherapy at this point, as he's basically back to "normal". Daily leash walks and stretching coupled with limited restriction should do the job now.
