Ugh... they don't go bad often... but when they do it's NOT fun.

I send prayers to the furnace Gods for you.

Oooh, if it works and if it's EASY (like, Joyce could make it, easy! ) share the recipe!

Yes, I'm actually quite pleased...and it's easy. They're called Figgy's P.B. Sammiches...I'll post the recipe later when I have time!

Yeah, I've been known to eat Erin's dog cookies. Just be careful, because some of them are made with liver *gag*

Kind of upset. I posted an article about the ineffective BSL in Ont on my fb and someone who I've known for a long time and would think much better of asked this
"What if Oscar suddenly snapped and bit someone- would you consider yourself responsible for the attack? Can you guarantee he will never attack anyone, even you?"

I thought so much better of her then this :( I can't believe she would ask such ignorant questions. Since she is a friend, and we are also part of a circle of other friends, I kept my response in debate-mode.
I'm so shocked, dissapointed and hurt at the same time. :(

Maybe she isn't the friend you thought she was, Mallika, and that is what is so disappointing.

P.S. I will be your friend! :) But I am not on facebook.

The cat is abusing his bed again.

What is this???

16 years old, his renal values are getting better, his urine is clear, blood tests clear, and now he's got a new sex life? He's going to live forever! (aside from the bed fondling part, this does make me very happy).

Malli, does this friend say that particularly for Oscar and pit bulls, or about dogs in general? In a sense, if you owned a poodle, the same question could be asked. If she does mean it in the pit bull way, then... You know what I think.

well, thats the thing. I said. "the same could be said of any other breed". She isn't a dog person, she doesn't know anything about dogs, and she knows what I know and my dog-oriented convictions, I don't know why the smurf she even bothered to reply, to be honest.

Joyce, I heart you :)

A 27 inch old school flat screen (you know, the HUGE tvs with the flat screens, not those little thin things people have now-a-days)takes a 3 foot fall and is currently laying screen down. Shall we take bets as to if it works or not when I get home?

Also, if it doesn't work I will trade 2 tv knocking-over-bulldogs for a decent tv with remote, if anyone is interested.
