URGENT prayers and thoughts needed

This is where to talk about Pit Bulls!

Postby mnp13 » January 26th, 2011, 10:21 pm

My mom's friend little "doodle dog" was in their fenced back yard last night. Gina went into the back yard through the gate and suddenly there was a dog in there with them - and it grabbed Ginger and shoved her into a snow bank and started chewing on her.

They took Ginger to the vet immediately, and they told them to bring her to the only 24 hour clinic in the area. She had ruptured internal organs and has received transfusions and other emergency help.

100 pounds of Akita vs. 8 pounds of doodle-dog... it didn't go well.

And to make matters worse, that Akita has attacked two dogs and bitten two people in the last year... and the owner said "he was in the yard with me, but then just got out and I didn't know where he went." :nono:

So please, think of Ginger if you get a chance, and the Akita with the moron owner.

Are they filing a police report?

Ouch.

Sending good vibes for the little poodly-dog.
And some bad vibes to the Akita owner, what an a$$hole.

 Things like this just upset me so much. That poor little dog had no idea what was happening and why.

Ginger is added to my good thoughts list.

She's still at the vet and they anticipate her being there for a while. She has a punctured liver, numerous bites to her neck and abdomen and had received at least one transfusion.

Yes, a police report was made.

If anyone would like to send a card, I have the address of the vet clinic where she is.

Stupid dog owners frustrate me and piss me off.

I don't know where she went is not a valid excuse. Get up off your ass and go find your damn dog.

People like that need to spend some time doing hard monotonous labor so they have time to think about how damned stupid their actions are and what kind of damage they caused due to to their laziness.
