Just wanted you to see that no one has perfect cooking skills.

But have no fear, I'm trying to find the perfect set of cookware so that should solve all cooking problems - right? :|

LMAO

Are those eggs? Because they give me trouble, too. I think it is the damn chickens now-a-days.

Calphalon Anodized!! We got a full set as a wedding gift and they are so awesome. Absolutely nothing sticks!!! The first few times you sautee it will sometimes discolor the pan, but nothing ever sticks. The only thing that is sometimes problematic is that you must handwash them, and it has to be with a green scrubbie and Comet, NO DISH SOAP. Dish soap actually causes sticking with these.

I'm actually looking at the Calphalon Unison which are no stick, dishwasher safe, and have a lifetime warranty. Did yours come with the ReNew program for recycling old cookware? I've read conflicting accounts of how it works. The website says the gift you receive are recycle bags, one of the other reviews I read said it was more cookware pieces. Just curious.

Nope, but mine was a professional set off ebay. The lids are just solid (instead of glass like the consumer versions) but I got waaaay more pieces for less money. Sorry, no help there!

I found the commercial set on amazon. They are out of stock and no estimate of availability.

Those Caphalons are TOO heavy. I have to get stuff that John can lift...and that's not on the list. lol

'Tis true, they are super heavy. When I broke my wrist just the pans themselves (no food in them) were over my allowed weight limit. :crazy2:
