PBT Secret Santa 2010, Anyone?

Everything that doesn't fit anywhere else!

Postby Ino » December 17th, 2010, 11:23 pm

Haha- well, if it is any consolation- I am hoping that the two boxes go to the correct people. I got distracted by a card missing in box A(which ended up being in the bottom of the box- some little old lady that volunteered to watch the boxes apparently went through them when I ran out to my car to look for it and told me it was at the bottom lol) and ran out to my car to get it and forgot to double check that the stuff for dog A went into the box that corresponds with human A's address and B went to B!!! That would really suck if they got each other's stuff- it will be obvious why once pics get put up. I really started second guessing myself when I was driving home because I had the stuff in 2 different bags when I went into the post office and had to pack the boxes quickly because the line was long, but moved fast and I had already let several people in front of me while I was packing.

Mine went out today. My mom went to mail it for me because I had to go to work and unfortunately called me upset, saying that she went to her car after leaving the post office and found one of the plush toys that was supposed to go into it. She was like "Should I mail it seperately?" No mom... It's fine, really. "Should I bring it back so you can get your money back?" No mom! Haha, I sent her home with her for her dog, Skeeter. =) My apologies for the person missing the toy, but at least it made some dog's day! Luckily it was kind of a stuffer toy and not the big deal. ;)

Mine will be tomorrow or Tuesday, I'm not sure if the post office (mine is a small desk at the drugstore) offers full services i.e has qualified employees to do such complicated things as measuring, weighing and properly stamping a package that has to go over the border.

I am ashamed to admit that I just mailed my package today. Let's just say that if you haven't gotten your package yet, there's a good chance it might arrive a bit late, shall we?

Mine went out today, and I picked up Jack's at the same time.

Pictures to come soon in the appropriate thread!

Hannah's package arrived today! Renee is sad that I would not let her tear into it when I brought it home. I will deliver it to Hannah on Friday ('cause stupid me didn't think to put my parents' address on it and used my own instead).

Renee's box is waiting for me at the post office. I have to remember to pick it up on my way to work tomorrow. I think we'll wait and let her and Hannah open them together, so it will probably be Friday or Saturday. Renee is still upset that I put Hannah's package up high and won't give it to her.
