So, what the hell is the deal, Mr. Foreman?

I made flounder. It was a mess. And does anyone know why there is a tiny green section on the fish? Look at the southeast section of piece on the left. The fish wasn't green when I started. I put olive oil on it but I can't imagine that would turn it green. Looks like magic marker. :?

Again, see why coffee for dinner looks so inviting? :wave2:

Did it taste bad, or did it not look right? Fish often sticks, even to non-stick stuff. It's not a bad idea to spray the grids before you use them with non-stick spray (even though according to the manufacturer you don't have to.)

The green might be from a little bit of the skin discoloring. Not a big deal, won't hurt you.

I ate the white part and gave Bo, the cat, that green section. He didn't seem to mind. :)

That's what I don't understand, Missy. The salmon was too dry and this just fell apart. Microwaved fish is looking better again.
