His lymph node is the size of a large marble.
Or I guess it could be tumor. Is that looking on the bright side?
OMG, speaking of worrying to the extreme:
So the day before Halloween Kisses had what looked like some sort of neurological or seizure activity. She had two more on Halloween. She bolted up from a dead sleep, scooby doo ran on the slippery floor for a full 4 seconds or so until she got traction then ran across the room. She was twitchy afterward and was biting at her back left leg. No nystagmus or diarrhea/vomiting and she was eating just fine but she was nervous and clingy all day. Of course I called and got her seen. Immediately I'm thinking a brain tumor to add to hertheheart murmur. Well it ends up she had impacted anal glands and was getting shooting pains in the ass while she was sleeping, the poor thing! I felt pretty dumb after that one.
