I'm so sorry to hear this, you are doing the right thing, not the easy one, but the right one.

I'm glad she liked her Mighty Dog today, just try and remember that she is living "now."

I feel like I've let her down in a way because I've let her get this way, but at the same time it helps me feel better about the decision because I know that things really aren't going to get better.

You have NOT let her down in any way. The feelings you have are because you are an amazing young woman who loves her Sofie Pants, as we do.

Good bye, Ms. Sofie. :heartbeat: You will be missed by all your friends at PBT. Now you can watch over Suzanne, like she watched over you.

She's gone. Sofie went to work with me for the last time

It's very surreal and still hard for me to wrap my head around. I'm happy for the fact that at least since she came to work with me everyday she wasn't stressed. I don't think she really thought anything was abnormal. She fell asleep pretty quickly and quietly, when the dr came in he said she was a total trooper and didn't make a peep for her pre-injection. That's my girl. It was so hard saying goodbye, it's so weird not having her here.

It just sucks.

Thanks for the good thoughts everyone, it's hard to be totally stoic and strong... I've had 14 years to prepare for this day and it still took me by surprise.

I know this feeling exactly. It is so raw and so real, but doesn't feel real at the same time.
