I know it's been forever since I've updated everybody on Inara's progress in class so I wanted to do a quick one now. We've been enrolled in classes pretty much nonstop, just once a week but I'm trying not to have more than a couple weeks in between sessions. We've been doing Rally most recently, which Inara is splendid at. :)

But most exciting? Our Sucks To Be You Sequesterings have grown so very few and far between. Normally I'll go in there once for a minute at the very beginning of class when dogs are coming in and getting settled, but then after that, we don't have to go back! The most recent class we didn't go in AT ALL. And we had a "go to mat" seminar tonight with 2 other dogs (a rambunctious Lab that pulled his owner across the room  , fortunately to the other dog, not us (!) and a small white floofy thing that looked remarkably like a squeak toy) and we were the first ones in. Even as the other dogs came in she did great! Even as the other dogs were practicing running to their mats, she did great!

Ginger and I were laughing that tonight may be my last night in that corner by the bathroom. It may be time to expand our horizons and live on the edge! I'm just so thrilled with her progress. :)

Congratulation! That's awesome. I know how thrilled I was when we had a class where for the first time I didn't have to use the "naughty can" on Rolex. Such an great feeling! Good luck, you guys seem to be doing great. :)

Yea for continued progress. What a good dog, and what a persistent and patient owner. You both deserve recognition.
