It is reluctantly that I say anything at all, but I feel I need to. I'm normally wound tight and aggressive, I view everything as a competition and want to be viewed as a threat. But I cant right now.

Due to the seriousness of some health issues with my oldest daughter, I'm unable to put the time into my work I normally would. I say this because I have orders needing to be finished, and folks waiting very patiently. I am very thankful for everyones patience, and promise to continue working as much as I am able till all orders are finished and shipped. I feel I owe an explanation.

When all this came up, I was taking a quite a few orders... I had no idea an infection would turn into test after test and hospital visits and consultations. In the mean time, it has taken me away from my work and delayed everything. Fortunately I dont have orders continuing to pour in, as I'm considering shutting down temporarily... I dont want to, but I want to get through the process of figuring out a diagnosis and course of treatment, and then maybe take some time to chill and do some hunting with the kids, maybe put a wild turkey on the table for Thanksgiving. I dunno.

Again, I am thankful as always for everyones patience.

Brad.

Brad, like Joanna said, family comes first. I hope her health issues get resolved quickly. :(

And seriously, if you need to cancel my collar order I totally understand and won't be mad. Let me know if you need anything.

Thank you folks, I sincerely appreciate it,

Liz, its cool, I'm going to finish every order I have on my desk, and I just got the tshirts in so that will be sent with your order.

Biggest thing is I'm not real public about things going on here and really want for folks to know and understand if I close up shop for a spell, but again, everything will be completed! ;)

Thank you, everyone, so very much. I cant begin to tell you all what it means for such an incredible response, and for your understanding. While I hope to find its something relatively simple, it has been a burden enough that just focusing on a daily routine has been difficult at best.

I have avoided saying anything, have tried just to keep going, but I'm wearing down... maybe the seriousness is only just sinking in, I dunno. But I know I have been slow to respond to messages and emails and havent been updating much of anything, and isnt fair to keep folks in the dark when I am typically Johnny on the spot and can field questions and work.

Allison gets really quite irritated with Jenny always checking her temperature, making sure she isnt running a fever again, and for awhile, I was even telling Jenny to leave her alone, she was fine. I mean, you know, we were trying to go do some shooting and she wanted to pattern her new gun. We we're going to check out our hunting site over the weekend and couldnt. Shes supposed to be hunting with me this season for the first time, and for the first time, I have to question if shes actually well enough. She seems ok, but yet we're still waiting for blood and kidney function tests, and fasting lipids, and one test leads to another... really we just need to get to the cause, so it can be treated and doesnt continue, and Lord willin, thats still a possibility.

Thanks again folks.

Anyone who has a problem with "customer service" in this situation is a self-centered asshole who doesn't deserve the privilege of owning your product. Good luck, and I'm sure you'll be filling orders in no time.
