At FDNY graduation a few years ago, Scoppetta, the Fire Commissioner, said these men and women were at their top physical peak from the new extended training that began that year. I hope he sees this calendar. :giggle:

Thanks, Bob. Actually, he has been cooking on his own for years now. Probably for survival reasons, considering I am no Betty Crocker.
