Ah, okay, gotcha! Sounds fun... Not lol.

You can do it, though. I know you can! I just turned 25 a couple of months ago, and my dad smoked the entire time I've been alive.... Plus he smoked well before that. So we're lookin' at 30 or more years? He tried to quit a couple of times and it didn't work. Theeeeennnn, the day my little brother was born, four years ago, he said he was done. He hasn't smoked since then. That was also my Papa's (his dad) birthday, he died in 1992.

SO YOU CAN DO IT MISSY!!

I haven't had one today at all. I went outside sat in my rocker while the dogs did there morning thing. The cigarettes are sitting on the table and I didn't touch them. I drank my coffee and enjoyed the cooler air. (not saying it is cooler but better than 95 at 10:00 in the morning).

This no talking thing is very hard because I do have a tendancy to talk to myself alot :crazy2: No talking when you actually can but can't is very difficult. Maybe they should have wired my jawed shut then it would have been easier for both things.

Well, you did great so far with the cigarettes. Like I told you, if I had to give up coffee, I don't think I could.

Glad you are doing well with it so far. Charles just quit smoking July 4th. He still twitches every now and then but is doing well. He loved to smoke if he can do it so can you. Rooting for success all the way!!!

I am doing well with the not smoking  The not talking, not so much  If I do talk, I try to save my voice but this is so hard not to talk at all. :sad2:

I have it written down and signed by Travis that he actually missed me talking. 8)

Ok, I have had a relapse with the smoking but since it hurts my throat I only get in a few puffs and put it out. I am no way back to what I was but did have to admit I had a few weak moments yesterday and today.
I am ok, now. Headed to the racetrack tomorrow and stress should be gone so the urge won't be there to light up.

Did do some target shooting with my Daddy and Travis. That helped a bunch to relieve some stress. I can still group 5 out of 6 right there together.

It's good that you are finding other outlets for stress besides the cigs. It helps when your "cheat" wasn't as enjoyable as you thought it would be. Keep hanging in there!!

Exactly! Next time you get the urge just remember how much those puffs hurt. And good job for finding other outlets, you are all over it this time!
