I took some pictures at single dog racing on Friday.

I have a ton of them, but I really need to go to bed... had a disaster of a horse show shoot today, and will have a worse one tomorrow...

But here are a few to tide you over until tomorrow night!

we start with the Pug-Beagle mix. (I will NOT say that word. >( and-neither-will-you)

Yeah, I set up my lights for single dog racing, but just had them on for extra light in the lane. At the end of the night, I was actually using the strobes so I could take pictures of the Boston Terrier.

Here she is.

They were not there for any of the real races!!

Here he is again, he was that high all the time.

Sorry it's blurry, I didn't have much time to look at the shots last night while I was shooting, or really much at all until I sat down a little while ago.

Turns out my good lens is quite ill, today it started making a horrible squealing sound at the horse show. I'm really freekin tired of life at the present time... I missed a ton of shots yesterday, I think something is wrong with the focus motor and that isn't exactly a good thing in a lens used in action work.

Lol, interesting face I'm making in that picture :crazy2:

Earl wasn't too happy when that puggle (yeah, i said it) chased him down in his lane. I think that is the 2nd time in Earl's life I've seen him get snappy with another dog...

I must know Oscar from a previous class (he looked very familiar). Poor Oscar tried a "test run" Saturday morning and ran into the other lane as well. He is a nice dog so hopefully his owner will stick with it.
