New ST Leads, Classic Harness Leather and Rocker Pink!

Wanted to post a couple new projects. The first is what I'm calling a classic harness leather lead, featuring a paddded and lined handle, or it can just be lined. Its saddle stitched by hand, and can include a ring in the handle and any hardware like standard bolt snaps in nickel stainless or brass, bullsnap, or a heavy duty Herm Sprenger scissor snap.

The second lead is a 4' "Rocker Pink" or nearly a hot pink, shown with the HS scissor snap.

Thank you folks!!!

I can't see the pics here at work but I remember that first one from FB and it's awesome! It looks very comfy to use.

And you know I love that second one since it's FOR INARA!!!

I'm intrigued by them - I hate them on the prong collars but Brad said these are much stronger and nicer. So we're giving them the ole college try!

I love them too! I'm using one on a 6' training lead in fact! For size comparison, look at the snap and at the handle of the lead. The handle in this case is sized down from a regular lead, but is still 5.5" deep. The snap is almost the same length. It is a substantial piece of hardware and is designed in such a way that as a dog hits the end of the lead, the "eye" of the lead is forced up into the wedge shaped area of the snap, which conversely affects the other end, forcing the snap to stay closed. Its big enough to be gripped in your hand and squeezed. They are made by Herm Sprenger in Germany. I searched over a year to find a distributor in the states for these exact snaps, so I'm very pleased to be able to offer them. I'd like to be able to buy up the stock available!

I have been really happy with mine and continue to put it through its paces!

Thanks peeps!!!

They definitely ARE very sturdy, and they just have a very secure feel to them... I think you're gonna love your new lead. :)

Oh... and did I mention that I once owned a very nice scissor snap lead that was VERY expensive (I easily paid double of what Brad charges  ), but that a certain dog chewed through it like it was string cheese??? >( :nono:

I was very, very happy when Brad decided to offer these leads and make them so affordable... because Sepp is running out of birthday money and savings bonds... lol
