Have you considered trying to make walking harnesses similar (yet not exactly the same) to CDpits? I'll be in the market soon for one for both of my pups, and if you decide to try them out, and they are decently priced, I would be interested.

I'm not familiar with CDPits. I've heard the name of course on PBF, but it was my understanding they make weight pull harnesses?

I do make thick, 1" nylon harnesses, both the step in style and traditional "roman style" and have considered making 1.5" wide harnesses, but I'd have to mess around with some different hardware and ideas. I've not seen regular harnesses that are that wide, so there would be some learning curves for sure!

I make this style: http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak- ... 7961_n.jpg

I made that one for Lana's dog Amber. It has a buckle and two D rings at the top of the harness. All straps are adjustable and the nylon is thick and soft.

Is that sort of what you're looking for? Or something wider?

HEY! That's Amber. She expects to get paid for her modeling services. ;) Jacki's so awesome, the harness actually fit Andre as well (about 100 pounds at the time, Amber's about 50-55). It doesn't now, but it did for a couple days before he grew out of it. If you're ordering a harness or a collar for a puppy, Jacki can make it so they don't outgrow it immediately.
