Beds are very nice!

I'm in need of a new dog bed. Seems my roommate's cat just couldn't help peeing on the one Dylan had.

That's why I'm hesitant to get Inara a nice bed again - I bought a super cushy one that she LOVED, and the cat (whose nickname is The Piss, for that very reason), peed on it. And it wasn't washable so I had to toss it. I was livid. Inara was sad. But now I'm hesitant to buy another super soft cushy one 'cause I'd have to kill the damn cat!

Let me look into some more fabrics. I know fleece is water repellent, but I don't know if it'd work for someone peeing on it.

We have fleece blankies that we use as cuddle blankets on the couch. As long as you can get the liquid up within a reasonable amount of time (an hour or so) it won't soak through the fleece, many a spilled coke or found drinks spilled by the cats has taught me this.
