Those of you who drool when you drink...
Sounds like you guys have some personal problems...

She seems to be pretty happy. Sometimes I wonder if the diagnoses was just wrong, like I know the tumor is there but only giving her 6mos is just crazy because she's been totally fine. I'm going to assume that if anything the chemo, the diet change, and the piroxicam are what has saved her, not to mention Dr. G being able to dislodge some of the tumor in the early stages of her diagnoses. It will be a year in the end of September since the official diagnoses. I guess because I can't see the cancer and because unlike lymphoma or osteosarcoma the nasal tumor isn't really causing much of an issue it feels less real to me.
She's been eating well for me, running around outside with the other dogs and sun bathing - she seems to be happy. She really can't hear anymore but everything else is working just fine. She's had a few nose bleeds but nothing super major [cross your fingers]. This whole journey has taught me a lot, I love my old lady.
