Hi!
I'm Megan, a stay at home mom to three human kids (8yo boy, 5yo boy/girl twins) in New York. We don't have any pets right now but I've loved bullies since I was a kid. My extended family has always owned them and my husband and I adopted an older pit/mastiff before we had kids. Squeeze was the most excellent dog and probably the saddest day of my life was having to put her down after she had a stroke. I love older dogs, especially, but hate that you don't get enough time with them. I've fostered a little in the past year and am looking to do that again. We're not looking to own ATM because we're concerned about the financial aspect in the case of a medical emergency but, god, I miss having a dog around.

Welcome to the forum, Megan. Twins must be a lot of fun. (?) I am guessing, at least.

Thanks, everyone! I'm having fun looking around and I'm keeping my eyes open for a really cool rescue by NYC that I can foster with. If anyone has recommendations, I'd love to hear it!
