the kind of enema she will need is not something that you will be able to give, and I wouldn't suggest that someone do it without a vet's supervision.
If she was dehydrated when they gave the SC fluids then I highly doubt it was enough to fully hydrate her
They aren't really all that effective in dogs because you have to give SO much...
I'm thinking this isn't just related to the type of bone, a few dogs at work get raw frozen marrow bones and I regularly see super boney HARD poop in the yard - I have to think that so far its just been a "lucky" type thing...
I'd try and see if you can get a 60 cc syringe and mix a little apple juice with water and syringe it in the corner of her cheek, or if you've read this after she's already been to the vet then scrap that!
