Today's RMB was a knuckle bone and she's very uncomfortable now. She can't get comfy and she's thrown up once. I'm keeping a close eye on her and if she doesn't get better I'll call the vet. I guess I'm done with RMB - 3x in a row for this is a sign to me that something just doesn't sit well with her. Poor pupper.

I usually call my vet's office if I'm not sure. They're pretty good about asking for symptoms and then telling me to come right in, or wait until X happens.
This site lists some signs of when it's time to call the vet after a dog eats a bone and then seems miserable:

(I'm not recommending this guy's cotton ball remedy--I have no idea if that's a good idea. I have used the pumpkin approach to moving stuff through. When my Tiva got a dangerous blockage, she was vomiting blood. But the vet listed some other signs as well.)

) and said her colon is PACKED with ground bone. He said it's amazing she even was able to have diarrhea. He did say that he's pretty confident she'll pass it on her own as it is literally ground bone. He said, "you have a living bone grinder!" He was impressed.
Anyway, he said it was good I took her in since her vomiting and lethargy were increasing. She actually laid down on the tile floor in the lobby of the e-vet. With people around. Who wanted to pet her. And she just wanted to lie down. She did NOT feel well.
