Okay, so the sister of the dog's owner, who was taking the dog for a walk, just PISSED ME OFF. :cuss: She was so giggly and happy while the Firefighters were trying to rescue the dog for 45 minutes...

Dumb ass. The cement could have crushed the dog if the air bags moved the wrong way. :sad2:
