Was Michelle able to post these somewhere? I was looking or this info. Someone at Agility class told me I should be using hand signals. She showed me sit and stay. My dog has been responding way better to those hand signals than my verbal only commands. I could use that hand signal info and start saving my breath!

Here's basic obedience hand signals...but honestly, visual cues can be ANYTHING that work for you and your dog...

Just remember, visual commands are just like voice commands - make them something that comes naturally, you can do consistently, works for you and your dog and then practice them.

We don't use some of the more standard commands becuase they don't come naturally to me, but the dogs haven't a clue.

I've been praticing in my office. I'm excited to go home and do them to her. I'm gonna do some tugging exercises on her tennis ball tug toy for Flyball too.
