Hello everyone! Husband and I are proud new pit owners. We rescued Gus from the MSCPA here in Boston a few weeks ago. He's a perfect fit for us- very sweet, mellow, and only chases after the kitties every once in a while.

Gus is about 4 years old, 55 pounds of pure muscle, and super affectionate. He's doing very well in obedience class (his previous owners clearly did some training with him) and we are hoping to get him the CGC eventually.

We are educating ourselves on Boston's BSL and all the political stuff that comes along with owning a pittie. Who knew that owning a dog could be such a statement?

Still getting used to people crossing the street when I walk Gus, but hoping we can change a few minds along the way.
