CALENDARS!

This is where to talk about Pit Bulls!

Postby iluvk9 » December 1st, 2009, 6:54 pm

I love it. My Louie is February and Carlos Garcia is April.

The cover is just perfect.

Thank you, Michelle and Jen for thinking this up.

All of the calendars are great. The cancer calendar made me cry, such a beautiful tribute to our fighters.

The cancer calendar definatly made me cry.. the first dog we had who got both me and my sister into dogs was a lab that died of cancer.. unspecified because they wanted to do exploratory surgery on an 11 yr old lab to find out what kind, but knew they couldn't save her so we said no.. :sad2: I still can't see or read marley and me.. she was a special dog. We had her put down with my whole family, and our first dog trainer who loved her and basically saved her, around her outside in the sun under a tree.

What a great calendar idea michelle. And what a great tribute to those 12 dogs! Thank you for all that you do!

Thank you.

Jen's idea, not mine.

(and I must post that, because if Demo thinks that I dreamed up yet another calendar I'm gonna be single! lol)

And I actually forgot the comma in the thank you. :rolleyes2: I meant: Thank you Michelle, and Jen for thinking this up. Good thing I am not an English teacher.

The pinup calendar is for sale in the coffee shop downstairs from my office. One of my co-workers sent this email out to everyone today:

Subject - Overheard in the Coffee Shop at 8am this morning....

a group of 4 men standing around the counter "Did you guys see Michelle on the calendar?" pause…. "WOW, Nice Motorcycle!"

lmao

The pin up calendars raise money for Daddy Dolls not rescue. :-) It's project we've done for two years now. It's ton of fun, and raises money for a good cause.

It only has "Michelle" on it, but it's really to all of the Calendar Ladies, the people who donated, and of course to all of you wonderful people who bought our calendars!
