Man goes to Prison for beating his pit bull

Enrique George Hernandez, 39, was sentenced to three years in state prison for animal cruelty. Hernandez, an ex convict, was accused of breaking his pit bull's leg, as well as some of its ribs, and burning its head, possibly with a cigarette...

What? Its pretty damn obvious who he hurt, the smurfing dog. I can't believe the judge would consider that remorse, it sounds like his attempt to fake it.

I hope he becomes someone's 'bitch'. I have to wonder if it was more convient to just kill the dog vs trying a rescue to take him. He didn't look vicious in any of those pictures.

Even though the 3 years is a record, it still is far too short of a time for abusing a life and ultimately causing it's death because it's temperment was ruined with an improper start in life.

No, you misunderstood me; I meant the DOG didn't look vicious in the video. They said they killed the dog because he had become vicious. I wonder if that is true?
