I am completely heartbroken by this. I am sitting here with tears streaming down my face. She really touched many people and I was definitely one of them. I'm glad her last months were surrounded by love and I certainly hope to see her again one day at Rainbow Bridge or wherever she may be.

May you find rest on the other side Fay, and know that not all humans are cruel. The only light I can see is that you finally knew what love really was.

LMM, were you her Human??? I am soooo sorry.. HUGE HUGS.

I fell in love with her from afar when I first read her story/laid eyes on her (Badrap site?,,,I can't recall where)...
Her eyes said so very much. She was a beautiful soul.
For Fay,,,I wish her Godspeed,,,and a life without memory of her past abuse,,,just fond loving memories of her time with you,,,,she will wait I know,,, you will see her again.

Thanks for letting her park her heart and soul with you.

I was not her human although I would have loved to be. I don't know, she just reached right out and grabbed my heart from the first moment I saw her picture. And she's been stuck with me ever since. She was loved and cared for by a wonderful woman and I cannot imagine her pain right now :(

What a sad story. I am glad she experienced love before passing on. I wish she never had to experience the abuse she lived through prior to being rescued. RIP Fay!

Thank you so much to everyone for your loving thoughts of Fay. She was a special girl and seemed to bring out the best in people with her sweetness and love for humans in spite of all that she had endured. Her foster mom Gale, founder of Mutts-n-Stuff rescue, is devastated at losing her beloved friend. All of us will miss her toothy kisses. For those of you who are interested in her full story, we have pictures and posts on our blog about Fay since her rescue in HSMO's July dog fighting raid. http://muttsnstuff.wordpress.com/.
