R.I.P. Michelin....

Postby ArtGypsy » December 22nd, 2009, 7:29 pm

I don't think I posted here, but Face book folks knew that I had another cat 'dumped' off at our house. Nothing new there, I'm the 'cat lady' in town, so strays find me, one way or another.

We had a new addition-----a silver Tabby (intact), very very friendly, who lived on our Tires..(Michelin)....
I brought him inside the 'compound', made him a bed on the chair with a huge comforter and a heating blanket. He was okay with the dogs and the dogs just snoozled him.

Taking Kelcie to work today, we drove around the block, only to see our sweet Michelin in the street....uh........it was .............BAD. :sad2:

I pulled over around the corner, so I could comfort Kelcie while she cried..........took her to work, and then went back to 'get him' and bring him home.

RIP Sweet Silver Michelin...........

How horrible. :( Thanks for giving him some love before he died.

Thanks, Guys.......... :(
Everytime I open the door, I just see his 'spot', with his comforter still there, his bowl....

(sigh)..

it just irritates me............ :cuss: I KNOW how fast so many of these cars zip around this little town; I've seen way too many of them not even 'TAP their brakes when an animal runs out near the street.
