I downloaded it from a german (pirate) site... have watched half of it so far, and I LOVE it. The special effects are truly amazing.

I want to see it. My boyfriend didn't know it was a real movie. I laughed so hard at him when he said what's that? :crazy2: I don't know why he doesn't know what it is.

Saw Avatar in 3D today. HOLY CRAP it was amazing! It was visually stunning and the story was even good! It was super exciting in places, fun, and heartbreaking in others. Absolutely amazing and totally well-done. I will see it again in 3D. Trust me, if you can find a theater that offers the 3D do it - it was worth the extra money ($11 vs. $7.50). Truly awesome.

Kelcie Just Got Home From Seeing it (not 3-D) and LOVED IT.

She announced it was 'the best movie I've ever seen'>

I can't wait.

I want to see it but I have to wait until New Moon is out of the theatre or else my husband will demand I see that before I can see Avatar (he's a wierdo).

That's what we always wore "back in the day"....paper 3-D glasses.

I was told that some theaters have "semi-motorcycle-like head gear" with eye covering that captures the 3-D effect all around your eyes.

Can you imagine going on a first date and wearing that? 8)

The ones at Disney last year were oversized plastic glasses, I'd assume they are the same for Avatar :|
