New furry member of the PBT family

Hi Everybody! I would like for you to meet our "new" baby PB girl. Her name is Celena Armani Ward (Armani was Vinny's middle name). I call her Leni and Joe calls her CeCe. :wink:

She came to us from a bad situation, I won't go into a lot of details, but I will tell you that she has never been to a vet and we are the 4th and only REAL home she has had in her 3 months on Earth. I believe that Vinny had a little something to do with this girl coming to us and for that I'm very thankful. Despite her difficult life so far, she is a joy! Really sweet and good natured. I want to do everything as right as I can with her, so I will probably be asking lots of questions!

These pictures make her look bigger than she does in real life. I'd say she weighs about 12-14 pounds. I'll know more as soon as I can get her into All Pets.

Thank you ladies! Leni (you all should call her Leni) is awesome! She reminds me of Faust and Inara. She is brave as all get out and so fun to watch! I never, in his entire four years, got Vinny to go down to the basement and this fearless little girl followed me down first time today. Can you say ADVENTURE?! What a gift!!!!

In case anyone would like to know...Celena had her first vet appointment yesterday afternoon. They all LOVED her! She weighed in at 17 lbs. and Dr. B estimates her age at 15 to 16 weeks. Celena got all the usual puppy meds and didn't even notice when they gave her the shot. She has some skin issues that are hopefully from the fleas. If it's not fleas then it's either Demodex or allergies. We shall see.
