This is one of my Farmhand collars, but old-school in design.

2 tongues w/ roller buckles, center mount "D", 2 ply, and permantly set copper rivets. The collar is bomb proof and looks better as it wears, as it gets a distressed look, like a broke in leather jacket... if your leather jacket was 3/8" thick.

The collar is best done @ no less than 2" wide, (though I prefer 2.5" ).

I have more tricks up my sleeve yet, bgut not ready to publish just everything... so for now...

For Pitbull Talk, $45. I have a 2.5" on my boy Judge, without the keeper rings on it and it has been through everything.

And thanks for the compliment!

As always, Brad, love it! Is that black or blue? I can't tell if it's just the lighting.

Blue - and a blue that would go quite nicely with Connor's coat I think....

Sorry, peeps... Weird afternoon lighting. It's actually black, but it can be done in blue, and many other colors as well. : )

That's black? Really? lol

It looks like a blue in between royal and navy on this screen - between the lighting and the monitor calibration on this computer I'm waaaaaay off!

well, I like it in blue.

VERY nice! Is the leather dyed or painted? I might be interested in a 2 inch in orange.....

It is dyed, my preference for this style is to use oil dyes, like something that would be used for tack. But there are oil based stains that work really well, and orange is available.

Thanks!

How "orange" is the orange? I'm looking for a hunter's orange..... not neon, but definitely more bright than muted.

What I've seen is pretty bright, not neon, but close to hunters orange. I believe it is an oil stain, really nice finish.

Do you ever make collars w/lining? If so - what do you use?

Christine, just so you know, I had always gotten lined collars for Inara before because her neck would get all red and ouchy-looking, but her plain leather one from Brad doesn't bother her neck at all. The leather he uses is very supple. Just so you know.

In that case... Faust would like to borrow Inaras collar for a trial run.

Thanks for the heads up. :)

HA! Inara says that even though Faust is cute, he may NOT borrow her collar as it has girly rivets on it and he would look silly in it.
