RIP sweet chyna girl

Postby kera09 » November 18th, 2009, 9:20 pm

Lucy who was renamed chyna was my foster ever foster puppy. We fostered her for 3 weeks @ the age of 4 months. She was a happy healthy very loving puppy. Chyna got adopted out to a family with 3 teenage boys (who adored her) and a single mother. I got word a few days ago that chyna had been jumping the fence, it happened 5 times and the mother was facing court and $2500 in fines. She had animal control euthanize chyna. :cuss: Not once did she call the rescue and let them know what was going on. If she had chyna would still be alive and most likely looking for another home. Her life was cut short at just 2 1/2 yrs old. This could have been easily avoided and it makes me sick! Rip sweet baby girl

How wasteful of a beautiful, healthy dog. RIP, Chyna. :(

RIP Chyna. I am sorry for your loss, Kera. What a sad and preventable scenerio. I feel sorry for the children in that family also. Losing a pet is hard enough but for such a ridiculous reason, that has to tear them up. Hopefully they do not take in the lesson that animals are expendable.
