Postby kera09 » October 4th, 2009, 11:58 pm

Ive been feeding duge about 2 turkey necks a day with a lb of ground turkey and hes had diahrea for about 3-4 days now. Hes been eating the necks for a week. Ive been adding about a tablespoon of pumkpin but it doesnt seem to be helping. Has anyone had this problem with the necks? also what else can i do besided pumpkin? i dont think ill be giving him the necks anymore.

He might not be getting enough bone in his diet. Perhaps add some ground bone meal? Or start finding more meat with the bone in to give him.

Our dogs did not experience any "detox period" turkey may not agree with him. Try another meat.
